No Driver's License or experience is required. Helmets and Boots are provided and wet weather gear is available for a small hire charge.
ON YER BIKE! TOUR TIMES
Tours run on demand from 8:30am until 5:00pm. We do not have a set timetable, so choose a time that best suits and if it’s available then we will confirm the booking!
WEATHER
Our Motto is “The Wetter The Better!”
On Yer Bike! run tours in brilliant sunshine or torrential rain! It doesn’t matter when you are kitted out in all the wet weather gear we have available.
We still operate while other local adventures have been cancelled due to bad weather.
GROUP SIZES
It is possible to book a sole participant. If another tour is about to depart, then we may team up with others.
The Argo requires a minimum of 2 Adult fares or equivalent and has a passenger capacity of 5 adults or 7 children.
The Hagglund carries up to 15 passengers. Requires a minimum of 2 Adult fares or equivalent.
On Yer Bike can cater for groups of up to 20 on the Quad Bikes at one time, or 32 with the Quads and Go-Karts together.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear casual clothing, but preferably not skirts or white clothing. On Yer Bike! provide boots and helmets. Protective clothing is available for a small hire charge ($4 per person)
You are not likely to get muddy on the Argo, but we have jackets in case of rain!

We accept cash, Eftpos, vouchers from information centres and travel agents etc, Visa and Mastercard.

GUMBOOT CAFE
Gumboot Café is open for light refreshments including Devonshire Teas, Coffee, Ice Creams and Drinks.
Customer Bathrooms are also available.
ON YER BIKE! TRACKS
The property is 50% native forest and 50% fair to rough grazing pasture. Many tracks have been formed through the forest to give the feel of isolation and to capture the beauty of what it’s like deep in West Coast Rainforest.
SPECIAL INTEREST
Tourists are constantly commenting on the natural and beautiful environment of the West Coast of New Zealand where the tracks are situated. Every effort is made to disturb as little of the surrounding natural environment when building new tracks.
Visitors are able to see native birdlife and many species of native plants while out on tours. Tracks wind to the top of terraces where there are lovely views of the valley. A brief commentary of the local history and other fascinating information is offered to those that are interested.
The mud and water is very popular with all the riders, especially the quantity of it!
On Yer Bike! are OSH approved operators.
